What to email about

Corrections, factual errors, or broken links

If something on the site is wrong, outdated, or links somewhere it shouldn't — tell us. Skincare science moves and formulas reformulate; we'd rather fix it fast than leave it wrong. Include the URL you were reading and what you think is off.

Partnership or press

Brand pitches, sample requests, podcast invites, expert quotes for a story you're writing — all welcome. A quick word on what we will and won't do:

  • We don't accept paid placement in articles or roundups. Picks are chosen before any retailer link is attached, full stop. (See our affiliate disclosure for the long version.)
  • Free samples are fine to send, but our verdict will be identical to what it would be if we'd bought it ourselves.
  • We'll quote on the record for ingredient-science stories with an honest, evidence-first angle. We won't supply a quote for a piece whose conclusion is already written.

Privacy, data, or GDPR/CCPA requests

Want to know what data we hold on you, correct it, export it, or delete it? Email the same address and we'll handle it within 30 days — usually much faster. Full rights and process are in the privacy policy.

Reader questions

Genuinely stuck on a routine, can't tell whether two actives are safe to layer, can't find the right moisturiser for your skin type? We read every reader email and reply when we can. Heads up: we're not medical professionals. For anything that involves a skin condition that hurts, persists, spreads, bleeds, or changes, please see a dermatologist — and if your reply is taking a while, that's why.

Legal or takedown

Trademark concerns, copyright complaints, or any other legal matter — the same inbox works, and we'll respond promptly. Background and our governing-law position are in the terms of use.

What we can't help with

  • Order or shipping issues from retailers. We're an editorial publication, not a retailer. If your CeraVe arrived late from Amazon, please contact Amazon.
  • Personalised medical advice. We're not a clinic. We can't diagnose a skin condition, prescribe anything, or tell you whether a product is safe during pregnancy — see a real clinician.
  • Bulk content licensing. Short quotes with attribution are fine; reposting whole articles or training a commercial model on the site requires a separate written agreement.

Response time

We aim to reply within three working days (Mon–Fri, India Standard Time). Some weeks the inbox runs faster than that, some weeks slower if we're heads-down on a long ingredient breakdown. Reader corrections and privacy requests jump the queue.

One inbox

We deliberately don't have a press@, partnerships@, support@ or privacy@address. Routing email through a shared inbox means nothing falls through a category gap, and the same human who answers your correction is the one who decides which retailer wins the next comparison. That's the whole point of the site.
